The Role of Contrast-Enhanced Echocardiography in Patient Care Lecture Series

Welcome to the Lecture Series: Contrast-Enhanced Echocardiography provided by ASE with funding from an unrestricted educational grant from GE. This series contains pre-recorded lectures by ASE subject matter experts. Each lecture includes both didactic and case-based teaching methods. The lectures are presented in an order to build upon the concepts from the previous lectures. Participants will be provided with questions testing knowledge between lectures which must be completed to receive CME credit. This activity is designed for all cardiovascular physicians, cardiac sonographers, and nurses with a primary interest and knowledge base in the field of echocardiography. In addition, residents, researchers, fellows, clinicians, and other medical professionals having a specific interest in contrast echocardiography may find this lecture series beneficial. The following topic areas are included in this series: Contrast Basics, Policy and Procedures of Contrast, Ventricular Cavity Opacification, Myocardial Contrast Perfusion, Improving Diagnostic Value, and Knobology.
